I uninstalled all my bluetooth drivers, and got new ones from the manufacturer website, that don't show up in device manager at all. No sound or bluetooth ROG Strix B550-F. No audio out of the front panel or rear panel. Only devices that show in device manager are my two monitors (Through my 3060ti) and some device called Q9-1, which I uninstalled and reinstalled. I've also read that this mobo has bluetooth but no dice with getting that to work, nothing under device manager. Bluetooth troubleshoot says Bluetooth capability not available. In my device manager, don't see the Bluetooth, also can see that Under Universal Serial Bus Controllers have a Unknown USB Device. Used a USB bluetooth device which seemed to work just fine. Feb 24, 2023. #1. I'm troubleshooting an audio problem on my mobo. I have an MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk mobo running Windows 10 Pro. I use an old set of external speakers with powered bass speaker. The monitor I use has a built in speaker. Last week or so, a power outage hit. Since then, I don't have audio from the external speakers but the

It's not the antennas. Those are already installed. I even got new ones a while back. That's not the issue. The issue is I've had the drivers just stop working on me randomly over the past few months now leading to this. And to make sure it wasn't just the antennas, I've even put the old ones back on to no avail.

From your post and all the other posts from Users in this thread having a similar issue with USB it sounds like BIOS issue since all the Users have B550/M motherboards. Plus Gigabyte did have a BIOS update to fix the USB issue earlier. So possibly it has come back again. I would suggest everyone open a Gigabyte Support ticket if the latest BIOS

Hi everybody, I bought a new X570 Tomahawk Mainboard about two weeks ago and have yet to make the Bluetooth functionality work. So far I have tried to: Update the BIOS to its most current (Beta) version. Uninstall all related wifi/bluetooth drivers and install new drivers. Do a SFC/DISM scan. Manually start the bluetooth services on services.msc.

Fix: Bluetooth stopped working on X470, X570 motherboard. Was pulling my hair out trying to solve the problem after my Aorus X470 Gaming 7 Wifi built in bluetooth (Intel 9260) stopped working.
